Meet Archana, our Operations Manager and Customer Service Expert. Many of you know Archana already, as she makes an instant connection, and many times a friend, with everyone who reaches out with a customer service need. At the heart of what we do is a commitment to stellar customer care, and Archana is at the heart of that mission!
Archana grew up in India and now lives in San Jose with her husband and two sons. She loves the outdoors and spends most family vacations camping, hiking, backpacking, and skiing. At home, she gets her nature fix by spending hours tending to her gardens. Look how lovely they grow…
Archana is not only one of our original team members, but one of our biggest fans as well. You’ll find Saffron Marigold prints all over her home. In fact, she owns 10 of our handprinted tablecloths, which she rotates through regularly. Here is her own California backyard feast set to Fete Royale.
